Partners

We are looking to expand our business and we welcome application for partnership in various practices including but not limited to corporate finance, funds, wealth management, dispute resolution and banking and finance services.

Associates and Senior Associates

The ideal candidates should be Hong Kong admitted solicitors with good command of Chinese and English languages (Cantonese and Putonghua) and with solid experience on handling IPO, M&A or Dispute Resolution matters.

Trainee Solicitor

The ideal candidate should be mature, have good academic background, good research skill and good inter-personal skills. Second year trainee will also be considered.

Legal Assistant

The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years’ experience working in law firm in IPO matters with good written and spoken English and Chinese. The candidate needs to be careful, responsible and independent and have good attention to details.

Litigation Clerk

The ideal candidate should have minimum 2 years’ experience working in litigation matters.
