On 10 July 2023, Wise Living Technology Co., Ltd. ("Wise Living Technology" or the “Company”) successfully completed its initial public offering (“IPO”) of its H Shares and was listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (“SEHK”)(stock code: 02481.HK). Our Shanghai Office and Hong Kong Office, acting as the Company’s PRC and Hong Kong legal advisers, have provided full-range legal services in relation to those two jurisdictions and jointly assisted Wise Living Technology in its successful listing on the Main Board of the SEHK.
Wise Living Technology is a cross-provincial heat service provider mainly operating in the “Three North Region” of the PRC. Wise Living Technology ranked No. 9 in terms of the aggregate actual heat service area in Shanxi Province, Gansu Province and Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region in 2022. In addition to the provision of heat services, Wise Living Technology also provides heat-related engineering construction services and EMC services. The operation of Wise Living Technology relies on advanced heat supply service technology and the support of diversified heat sources. The inventions relating to heat service systems during cogeneration process independently developed by Wise Living Technology are regarded as leading technologies in the industry. Since its incorporation in 2010, Wise Living Technology has accumulated over ten years of operational experience.
