Adrian Lo, a seasoned litigator with over fifteen years of experience in commercial litigation and arbitration will establish a new litigation department committed to assist our clients in dispute resolution and litigation. Adrian regularly handles matters that involve complex jurisdictional and cross-border issues advising clients on shareholders' and directors' disputes, contractual disputes, winding-up proceedings, cyber fraud, professional negligence, construction disputes, and enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. Adrian is commercially astute and he understands the needs of his clients and the unique aspects of local court systems. He constantly acts in proceedings to secure the appropriate interim reliefs for his clients.
Adrian’s broad legal experience also includes assisting and advising clients in respect of compliance, anti-corruption and regulatory issues. Throughout his practice, Adrian represented a host of clients under investigations by law enforcement agencies and regulators. He is one of the contributing authors of Sweet & Maxwell's Securities and Futures Ordinance (Cap. 571): Commentary and Annotations.
Adrian is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong and Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. He obtained both his Bachelor of Laws degree and Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of New South Wales.
