We are pleased to announce that with the permission of The Law Society of Hong Kong, our Hong Kong office has completed the full merger with its associated law firm in Hong Kong– Dennis Fong & Co LLP, and has officially changed its name to Llinks Law Offices LLP (“Llinks Hong Kong”).
As a Chinese law firm qualified to practice in Hong Kong, while Llinks Hong Kong is operating as an independent law firm, it is also affiliated to Llinks Law Offices in terms of system and management. Coordinating with Llinks Law Offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen and London, Llinks Hong Kong will continue to provide cross-jurisdictional legal services to our clients worldwide with high-quality standard, innovative solutions and professional and dedicative attitude.
Llinks Hong Kong currently has three partners, namely Mr. Dennis Fong, Ms. Selena She and Mr. Bosco Leung, two counsels, namely Mr. Simon Cheng and Ms. Doris Wong, as well as a number of Hong Kong solicitors, registered foreign lawyers and trainee solicitors. The practice areas of Llinks Hong Kong include capital market, assets management, corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, compliance, labor and employment, real estate and construction and dispute resolution etc.

Mr. Dennis Fong
Partner
Mr. Dennis Fong was formerly the managing partner of Dennis Fong & Co LLP (in association with Llinks Law Offices) and is now the managing partner of Llinks Law Offices LLP. Dennis obtained his Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Hong Kong and is a solicitor admitted to practice in Hong Kong.
Dennis has more than fifteen years’ experience as a corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in mergers and acquisitions, capital market transactions, corporate restructuring and general corporate finance and commercial matters, including advising issuers and sponsors/underwriters on initial public offerings and listings on the Main Board and GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (the “SEHK”).
Prior to joining Llinks, Dennis had served in other major international law firms in Hong Kong.
Ms. Selena She
Partner
Ms. Selena She is a partner of Llinks Law Offices. She received her Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws degrees from Fudan University and the University of California, Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law respectively. Selena is admitted to practice in China, Hong Kong, the State of New York and the State of California (non practicing).
Selena’s key areas of practice include corporate and foreign direct investment, fund formation and establishment, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, real estate and real estate finance, intellectual property and technology license.
Prior to her joining Llinks as a partner in 2012, Selena had more than ten years’ practice experience in the Silicon Valley and a number of years’ practice experience with renowned PRC firms.
Mr. Bosco Leung
Partner
Mr. Bosco Leung holds bachelor degrees in Social Sciences (Government and Laws) and Laws and Post-graduate Certificate in Laws (“PCLL”) awarded by the University of Hong Kong, as well as a Master of Laws degree (cum laude) from Fordham University in New York of the United States of America. Bosco is a solicitor admitted to practice in Hong Kong as well as a civil celebrant of marriages in Hong Kong. Bosco is also admitted to practice in the State of New York (non practicing).
Bosco has participated in numerous initial public offerings and listings projects on the Main Board and GEM of the SEHK and is experienced in advising issuers and sponsors/underwriters on initial public offerings and listings projects in Hong Kong. His practice also includes advising on compliance issues of listed companies and handling mergers and acquisitions discloseable under the listing rules of the SEHK (including very substantial acquisition and very substantial disposal), and connected transaction which requires dispatch of circular and approval from independent shareholders.
Prior to joining Llinks, Bosco had worked at a reputable local law firm for many years.
Mr. Simon Cheng
Counsel
Mr. Simon Cheng holds Bachelor of Science degree and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree with honours awarded by Monash University, Juris Doctor degree awarded by the City University of Hong Kong and PCLL awarded by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Simon is a solicitor admitted to practice in Hong Kong.
Simon’s areas of practice include private equity, mergers and acquisitions, private fund formation, retail fund authorization, financial regulatory matters, engineering construction projects, notes and bonds issue, cryptocurrencies and employment related matters.
Prior to joining Llinks, Simon led the legal affairs, compliance and contract administration teams at a major airline operator in Hong Kong. Prior to becoming a solicitor, Simon was also a civil engineer by profession and was the engineer in charge of key parts of MTRC railway and tunneling construction projects and casinos complexes in Macau.
Ms. Doris Wong
Counsel
Ms. Doris Wong obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester and PCLL from the University of Hong Kong. Doris is admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong.
Doris has participated in numerous successful initial public offerings and listings projects on the Main Board and GEM of the SEHK, serving clients across a wide range of industry sectors. Doris has a wealth of experience advising issuers and sponsors/underwriters on initial public offerings and listings projects in Hong Kong. Her practice also covers debt issuance, mergers and acquisition, general commercial and compliance matters.
Prior to joining Llinks, Doris had worked at reputable local law firms and a leading Chinese law firm in Hong Kong.
