On October 28, the syndicated loan signing was successfully completed for the Huangpu 122 Neighborhood Renewal, a Shanghai Urban Renewal Project. The project was jointly implemented by Yongye Group and Shui On Group.
The project covers an area of 27,568 square meters bounded by Xizang Road on the east, Fuxing Middle Road on the south, Ji'an Road on the west and Zizhong Road on the north. The project company known as Fuji established by Yongye Group and Shui On Group is to undertake construction of this project into a landmark commercial and residential compound.
The syndicated loan is led by Bank of China Shanghai Branch as mandated lead arranger, with participating lenders including BOC, SPDB, ABC, CIB and CITIC, etc. The financing scale is close to RMB 12 billion.
