We are delighted to announce that our partners, Mr. Dennis Fong and Mr. Bosco Leung have successfully passed the 2022 Greater Bay Area’s (GBA) Legal Professional Examination held on 11 June 2022.
GBA Legal Professional Examination is a liberalisation measure under The development plan for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Agreement on Trade in Services to the Mainland and Hong Kong (Macao) Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement. Llinks Hong Kong Office remains at the forefront of the legal development of the GBA. After passing the examination and obtaining the relevant practice certificates, Llinks Hong Kong Office is allowed to provide legal services in the nine Chinese Mainland municipalities in the GBA on specified civil and commercial legal matters, which would further enhance our cross-border legal services and foster our strength in assisting our clients across the GBA. In days ahead, Llinks Hong Kong Office will join hands with Llinks Shenzhen Office to provide better legal support for the development of the GBA.
