Mr. Bosco Leung is a partner of Llinks Law Offices LLP. Bosco holds bachelor degrees in Social Sciences (Government and Laws) and Laws and Post-graduate Certificate in Laws awarded by the University of Hong Kong, as well as a Master of Laws degree (cum laude) from Fordham University in New York of the United States of America. Bosco is a solicitor admitted to practice in Hong Kong as well as a civil celebrant of marriages in Hong Kong. Bosco is also admitted to practice in the State of New York (non-practicing) and England and Wales (non-practicing). 

Bosco's practice focuses on capital market, in particular, initial public offering (“IPO”) projects. He is experienced in advising issuers and sponsors/underwriters on initial public offerings and listings on the Main Board and GEM of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited ("SEHK"), and has participated in numerous IPO projects. Bosco also has experience in handling mergers and acquisitions discloseable under the listing rules of the SEHK (including very substantial acquisition and very substantial disposal), and connected transaction which requires dispatch of circular and approval from independent shareholders. Prior to joining Llinks, Bosco had worked at a reputable local law firm for many years.

• Representing Bright Future Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 1351) on its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange;

• Representing First Shanghai Capital Limited, the sole sponsor to the listing of shares of MS Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 1451) on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange;

• Represented TC Capital International Limited and Messis Capital Limited, which respectively acted as the sole sponsor for the share offer on GEM of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (GEM) of Hyfusin Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 8512) and i.century Holding Limited (stock code: 8507);

• Representing Elegance Commercial and Financial Printing Group Limited (stock code: 8391) and A.Plus Group Holdings Limited (previous stock code: 8251, current stock code: 1841) on their respectively listing on the GEM

• Representing Future Bright Mining Holdings Limited (stock code: 2212) on its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under Chapter 18 – Mineral Companies;

• Representing Jiashili Group co. Ltd. (stock code: 1285) on its listing on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with an offer size of HK$370 million;
