Gemma received a Bachelor of Laws degree from Mainland China and further completed her Juris Doctor and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Gemma has passed the PRC National Judicial Examination during Bachelor years.
Prior to joining our firm as trainee solicitor, Gemma has experience assisting on cross-border corporate and dispute resolution matters including but not limited to post-listing compliance of listed companies and commercial litigation. Gemma also has experience in dealing with litigation cases in Mainland China.
After joining our firm, Gemma has participated in various corporate and dispute resolution matters including IPO projects, cross border M&A and commercial litigation matters.
Gemma is a native speaker of Mandarin and fluent in English.
