Nico is an associate of our firm, her key areas of practice include corporate finance, IPOs on the Main Board and GEM Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, debt issuance, mergers and acquisition, general commercial and compliance matters. Before joining us, Nico received legal training in capital market at the Hong Kong office of a leading PRC law firm. 

Nico obtained her Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Lancaster University in the U.K. and has completed her Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) at the City University of Hong Kong.

Nico is fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). 

Previous equity capital market and post-listing compliance experience includes:

• Representing sponsor on the transfer listing of Best Linking Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 9882) to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange 

• Advising Bright Future Technology Holdings Limited (stock code: 1351) on its post-listing compliance matters

Previous corporate and other experience includes:

• Assisting A-share listing applicants in conducting legal due diligence and issuing legal opinions on their Hong Kong subsidiaries in support of their intended A-share listing applications
