Given our hands-on experience in dealing with matters related to the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs, Securities and Futures Ordinance and Companies Ordinance, we are able to provide effective assistance for listed or pre-listing corporate clients with regard to various disclosable or connected transactions and other complicated compliance issues. This enables us to maintain a long-term relationship with our listed clients, and our advice would be well suited and aligned with our clients’ business objectives.

We also have substantial experience acting for and advising listed corporations and asset management firms in issuing and investing debt instruments such as bonds (listed or unlisted) and notes (structured notes or loan notes).
